These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Informationsystems.io website and all associated services, including but not limited to WordPress multisite website provisioning, hosting, template-based installations, AI-enhanced content and course creation, and digital business infrastructure services (“Services”) provided by [Your Legal Entity Name], referred to herein as “Informationsystems.io,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable local, state, and international laws. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.


1. Scope of Services

Informationsystems.io provides a Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) platform that enables users to:

  • Launch pre-configured WordPress websites under subdomains or custom domains

  • Access digital products, templates, and AI-driven tools

  • Manage online businesses such as digital courses, coaching services, and product sales

  • Use plugins and integrations included within their selected service tier

All services are provided “as is” and are subject to availability.


2. Hosting & Platform Access

By using our hosted services, you agree to the following:

  • You grant us access to your site files and database for maintenance, troubleshooting, or performance optimization purposes.

  • We may push critical updates (e.g., security patches) to ensure system integrity.

  • You retain ownership of your content. However, by using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, back up, and serve your website data as needed for service delivery.

  • Our managed hosting includes daily off-site backups, malware scans, and firewall protections.

  • Uptime is targeted at 99.9% monthly. Downtime caused by third-party issues, client customizations, or plugin/theme conflicts is excluded from SLA guarantees.


3. AI Services and Automations

Our platform offers AI-powered tools to assist with:

  • Course generation

  • Funnel content suggestions

  • Email copy creation

  • Page content automation

While these tools are trained to provide accurate and helpful content, you remain solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated outputs before using them on your site.

We do not guarantee legal, marketing, or business success outcomes from AI-generated materials.


4. User Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All actions performed under your account

  • Ensuring that your content does not violate any law, copyright, or the rights of third parties

  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or breaches


5. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions

  • By subscribing to our Services, you agree to recurring billing according to the pricing plan you select.

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime. Access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

  • Late or failed payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of your Services.

  • Prices are subject to change. You will be notified in advance, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

Refunds may be issued within 30 days of initial purchase only. Custom development, domain registration, or other add-on services are non-refundable.


6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

  • Engage in illegal activities or promote prohibited content

  • Host malware, spyware, or engage in phishing, spam, or hacking

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our network or the accounts of other users

  • Resell our services without authorization

  • Interfere with the security or performance of the platform

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.


7. Plugins, Themes & Customization

  • All sites come pre-installed with a set of approved plugins and themes.

  • Clients may request additional plugins, subject to our review for security and compatibility.

  • Unauthorized or incompatible plugins may be disabled without notice if they affect platform stability.

  • Clients on higher-tier plans may request customizations, subject to scoping and availability.


8. Intellectual Property

  • You retain rights to all content you upload or create on your site.

  • We retain ownership of our platform architecture, templates, proprietary code, and AI workflows.

  • You may not reverse engineer, duplicate, or copy any part of our system outside your licensed use.

By submitting content to the platform, you grant us a limited, royalty-free license to display and store the content for the purposes of operating your site.


9. Support & Service Levels

Support is provided based on your service tier and may include:

  • Knowledge base access

  • Email support or chat-based assistance

  • Technical support for issues related to platform functionality

We aim to respond to requests based on the following priority levels:

  • Firewall protection

  • Limited internal access

  • Platform isolation per subsite

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We are not liable for breaches caused by your own mismanagement of access.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse, or breach of Terms

  • Remove access to Services after a 7-day notice if violations are not resolved

  • Withhold, suspend, or delete websites that use prohibited content, illegal plugins, or violate intellectual property laws

Clients may request data exports before termination. We are not obligated to maintain any client data following contract termination unless required by law.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the Services “as-is” and disclaim all warranties

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 3 months


13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bethesda, MD, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
